To import an ESX file into Xactimate, follow these steps:
1. Open Xactimate and log in.
2. Go to the “Projects” tab.
3. Click on “Import” in the toolbar.
4. Select “Browse” and locate the ESX file on your computer.
5. Select the file and click “Open.”
6. The file will be imported and added to your project list.

Our roof diagrams adhere to a 95% accuracy industry standard even without photos. When photos are provided, our accuracy improves to 95% or higher.

If you accidentally pinned the wrong house, don’t worry! Just contact us via email or chat with your order number to inform us of the error. If the order has already been delivered, let us know the correct dwelling that should have been pinned. We can re-process the order, but please note that additional charges may apply for re-adjusting the pin location once the order is completed.
